Martinique’s carnival culminates in the Jours Gras in Fort-de-France: the Dimanche Gras parade, the burlesque weddings of Lundi Gras on February 8, red devils on Mardi Gras February 9 and the black-and-white she-devils and burning of Vaval on Ash Wednesday, February 10.
