The Festival de la Gastronomie celebrates St. Martin’s claim to be the culinary capital of the Caribbean. The programme runs across the French side with a culinary village, street-food nights, restaurant competitions, a BBQ contest, chef demonstrations and cooking workshops for children and adults.
